In April, EGO Translating Company conducted its first series of webinars on the topic "Business development through the mentoring system."
In the first webinar, emphasis was placed on the theoretical aspects of mentoring. Mikhail Morozov (Training-Course Developer, Lead Translator at EGO Translating Company) and Ekaterina Maximova (Marketing Manager) were the speakers. They discussed the structural features of the system, the benefits of project implementation, scope models, as well as the basic needs of employees and types of relationships found in the workplace.
In the second part of the program, a few cases were presented to illustrate the practical application of course material.
