Money refund rules
1. Payment for services by bank card
In case of payment for the company's services by bank card, money is refunded solely by bank transfer. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide EGO Translating Company with a statement on money refund, specifying full bank details of the client's current account and attaching a document that confirms payment. Any bank fee payable by the client to his bank cannot be refunded.
2. Payment for services via electronic payment systems and terminals
In case of payment for services via electronic wallets, the Contact system or payment terminals, money is refunded as follows:
By bank transfer. For this purpose, the client shall fill in a statement on money refund, obligatorily specifying full bank details of the client's current account and attaching a document that confirms payment for an order. Any bank fee payable by client to his bank is to be paid by the client at his own expense.
By postal transfer. For this purpose, the client shall fill in a statement on money refund, obligatorily specifying full postal details and attaching a document that confirms payment for an order.
