On 12-13 November 2015, EGO Translating Company underwent a compliance audit conducted by the leading international certification organization TÜV Nord CERT.
TÜV Nord CERT auditors confirmed the compliance of the quality management systems in place at EGO Translating Company with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, which is powerful evidence of the competence and performance capability of any modern company.
The quality check investigated all of the divisions at EGO Translating Company: from production and commercial to business and administrative. Confirmation of EGO Translating Company’s compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 means that its clients and partners are guaranteed quality services in the delivery of translations and all manner of other linguistic support, access to highly-skilled staff, minimum cooperation risks, and the expert handling of special customer requirements.
The TÜV Nord CERT auditors praised the level of all business processes at the company, especially noting the importance of the innovations that it introduced in 2015. The company elevated a number of innovations and business solutions to a fundamentally-new level of quality. “The QMS Certificate of Compliance is an essential that any self-respecting company cannot do without, while for our clients, the ISO standard means that the results of our work are consistent and predictable, that we carefully analyze all project requirements, and that we can handle any task assigned to us by the client,” summed up the President of EGO Translating Company, Natalia Molchanova.
EGO Translating Company first underwent certification for compliance with ISO 9001:2000 in 2005. In 2010, the company was certified for compliance with the requirements of the latest version of ISO 9001:2008, thereby confirming it on an annual basis.
